• Eligibility
  • The “Golden Moment” Social Media Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
  • Participants must have a valid and public social media account (Instagram, or TikTok).
  • Employees, exhibitors, and organisers of MIJF, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Participation Guidelines
  • Participants must complete the following steps:
    1. Follow @ mijf_jewelleryfair and @pamp_sa (Instagram) or @pamp.suisse on TikTok.
    2. Create a short video showing your “Golden Moment” — a before and after transformation inspired by gold, beauty, or confidence (e.g. outfit glow-up, self-confidence journey, or lifestyle change).
    3. Post your video on your social media feed (Instagram Reels or TikTok).
    4. Include the hashtags #GoldenMoment and #MIJF2026 in your caption.
    5. Tag @ mijf_jewelleryfair.
    6. Ensure your account and post are set to Public for visibility.
  • Each participant may submit multiple entries, but may only win one (1) prize.
  • Videos must be uploaded within the official contest period, 6 January 2026 ~ 25 January 2026.
  • Late or private entries will not be eligible.
• Content Guidelines
  • Entries must be original content created by the participant.
  • Videos should clearly illustrate a “before and after” transition or moment of transformation.
  • Content must not include:
    • Offensive, obscene, or inappropriate visuals or language;
    • Political, religious, or discriminatory messages;
    • Any third-party advertising or copyrighted material.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these guidelines.
• Judging Criteria
  • Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and quality. For a detailed breakdown of the scoring criteria and weightage, please refer to the Official Contest Rubric. The decisions of the judging panel are final.
  • Entries will be counted up until 25 January 2026, 11:59PM MYT (GMT+8).
  • Decisions by the Organiser are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.

The “Golden Moment” Contest is sponsored by PAMP, only to the extent of providing the “Golden Moment” Prizes to the Organizer. (“Sponsor”)

  • Each winner is entitled to one prize only, regardless of multiple submissions.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Winners will be announced on MIJF’s official Instagram and Facebook pages on 28January 2026, 4pm MYT (GMT+8).
  • Winners must be present during the MIJF 2026 prize presentation ceremony to receive their prizes.

• Rights & Usage

By participating, entrants grant MIJF and PAMP the right to use, reproduce, edit, and publish their submitted videos, images, and captions for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation.

Participants retain ownership of their content but consent to its use by MIJF and PAMP in all promotional campaigns related to the contest or event.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the contest and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, loss of entries, or errors beyond its control.

• Limitations of Liability

The “Golden Moment” Contest is solely organized and administered by the Organizer. The Sponsor is not responsible for the administration of the “Golden Moment” Contest, including but not limited to selection of Winners, notification, or “Golden Moment” Prize distribution, and is solely providing “Golden Moment” Prizes to the Organizer.

The Organizer is responsible for ensuring that the administration of the “Golden Moment” Contest, as well as any related actions, comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations governing the “Golden Moment” Contest and the participation therein. This includes adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal laws, and any other regulations relevant to the jurisdictions of the participants.

By entering the “Golden Moment” Contest, participants and Organizer agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries or expenses, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with participation in the “Golden Moment” Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any “Golden Moment” Prize won, or any other “Golden Moment” Contest-related activities. Participants and Organizer also acknowledge that the Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the “Golden Moment” Contest. Any claim made by a participant shall be directed exclusively to the Organizer.

• Governing Law & Legal Compliance

This program is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Participants agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and any instructions issued by the organiser or venue authorities.

In the event of disputes, all decisions made by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall be final and binding.

Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this program, except where prohibited by law.

Participation in the “Golden Moment” Contest constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
