Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

The Spend & Redeem program is open to all visitors of the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) 2025, taking place from 27 – 30 June 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

 

  1. How to Participate

Visitors must make a purchase in a single receipt during the event to be eligible for this program. Gifts are available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.

Participants may redeem one of the following gifts using the voucher provided, based on the purchase amount in a single receipt:

  • • Tier 1: Spend RM10,000 – Redeem a Certified Authentic Jade Charm

  • • Tier 2: Spend RM25,000 – Redeem a Custom-Made Certified Diamond-Encrusted Silver Necklace

  1. Receipt Requirement
  • • Only one original receipt from a single transaction will be accepted per redemption.

  • • Receipts must be dated between 27 – 30 June 2025 and issued by participating exhibitors within MIJF 2025.

  • • Duplicate receipts, reprinted copies, or combined receipts are not accepted.

  1. Redemption Process
  • • Present your original receipt at the Information Counter inside the exhibition hall on the same day of purchase.

  • • Redemptions are processed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to daily stock availability.

  • • Redemption must be done by the purchaser in person. Collection on behalf of others is not permitted.
  1. Limitations
  • • Each visitor is allowed to redeem only one (1) gift throughout the program period, based on their highest eligible tier.

  • • Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.

  • • Once a redemption is made, it is considered final and cannot be exchanged.

  1. While Stocks Last
     Gift quantities are limited. The Organiser reserves the right to cease redemption once the daily allocation or overall stock for a tier is fully claimed.
  2. Organiser’s Rights
     Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, postpone, or terminate the Spend & Redeem program, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes take immediate effect.
  3. Acceptance of Terms
     By participating in this program, visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the Terms & Conditions stated above.

Eligibility

The free pearl pendant door gift is limited to the first 250 visitors each day during the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) 2024, held from 16 – 19 November 2024 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Distribution

Door gifts are provided on a first-come, first-served basis each day. Visitors must register upon entry and or collect their admission badge to be eligible to receive the gift.

One Gift Per Visitor

Each visitor is entitled to only one pearl pendant, regardless of multiple entries or re-entries.

Non-Transferable

The door gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.

While Stocks Last

Distribution will cease once the daily limit of 250 pearl pendants has been reached. Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to end distribution without prior notice if stocks are depleted.

No Reservation

Door gifts cannot be reserved in advance or collected on behalf of another person.

Right To Amend

Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating, visitors agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated above.
