• Eligibility
  All visitors aged 18 or above at the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) 2026, held from 29 January – 1 February 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, are eligible to participate in the Spend & Redeem program.
• Participation Criteria

– Redemptions are based on a single receipt only. Accumulated receipts are not accepted.
– Each visitor is entitled to one (1) redemption per receipt.
– Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the Spend & Redeem Counter.
– Receipts from previous event days are not valid.

• Reward Tiers

– Tier 1: Spend RM 5,000 & above – Redeem a Travel Tag
– Tier 2: Spend RM 15,000 & above – Redeem a Jewellery Pouch
– Tier 3: Spend RM 30,000 & above – Redeem a Rattan Woven Basket
– Grand Prize: Spend RM 88,888 & above – Redeem a 2.5g PAMP Minted Gold Bar

• Mechanism

– Each receipt is entitled to one (1) reward only, based on the highest eligible spending tier.
– Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
– Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.

• Sponsor
  The 2.5g PAMP Minted Gold Bar is sponsored by PAMP, only to the extent of providing the Sponsor Prizes to the Organizer. (“Sponsor”)
• Sponsor Prizes

– The Sponsor Prizes are provided to the Organizer by the Sponsor.
– The Sponsor Prizes are awarded in their current condition and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another participant/individual, or substituted with an alternative prize.
– The Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or quality of the Sponsor Prizes beyond what is described in these T&Cs.
– A Winner shall accept the Sponsor Prize “as is,” meaning there are no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sponsor Prize’s value or performance.
– Title on the Sponsor Prize is transferred from the Organizer to a Winner upon their delivery to such Winner.
– The Organizer will arrange for delivery of the Sponsor Prize to the Winner and will pay or reimburse Winners for any charges or taxes that may apply for the delivery and transfer of title of the Sponsor Prize to such Winner.

• Limitations of Liability
  The Spend & Redeem Program is solely organized and administered by the Organizer. The Sponsor is not responsible for the administration of the Spend & Redeem Program, including but not limited to selection of Winners, notification, or Sponsor Prize distribution, and is solely providing Sponsor Prizes to the Organizer.

  The Organizer is responsible for ensuring that the administration of the Spend & Redeem Program, as well as any related actions, comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations governing the Spend & Redeem Program and the participation therein. This includes adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal laws, and any other regulations relevant to the jurisdictions of the participants.

  By entering the Spend & Redeem Program, participants and Organizer agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries or expenses, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Spend & Redeem Program, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Sponsor Prize won, or any other Spend & Redeem Program -related activities. Participants and Organizer also acknowledge that the Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Spend & Redeem Program. Any claim made by a participant shall be directed exclusively to the Organizer.

• Governing Law & Legal Compliance

– This program is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
– Participants agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and any instructions issued by the organiser or venue authorities.
– In the event of disputes, all decisions made by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall be final and binding.
– Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this program, except where prohibited by law.

• Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the Spend & Redeem program or adjust these terms and conditions without prior notice.
• By participating, visitors agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above.
