Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    • MIJF Giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above.
    • Participants must have a public Instagram or Facebook account to qualify.
    • Employees, exhibitors, and organisers of MIJF, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • Contest Period
    • The Giveaway runs from 6 – 26 January 2026, 4pm MYT (GMT+8).
    • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
    • Winners will be announced on MIJF’s official Instagram and Facebook pages on 28 January 2026.
  • Participation Guidelines
    • To join the Giveaway, participants must:
      1. Follow MIJF Instagram page (@mijf_jewelleryfair) or MIJF Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MalaysiaInternationalJewelleryFair) and PAMP Instagram page (@pamp_sa) or PAMP Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PAMPSuisse/).
      2. Like the official Giveaway post.
      3. Tag 3 friends in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
      4. Share the post on your Story (Instagram) or Feed (Facebook) and tag MIJF Instagram page (@mijf_jewelleryfair) or MIJF Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MalaysiaInternationalJewelleryFair).
      5. Each participant is allowed to submit only one (1) entry for the entire giveaway.
      6. Entries that do not meet all the participation steps will be deemed invalid.
  • Prizes & Winner Selection
    • Two (2) winners will be selected — 1 winner from Instagram, and 1 winner from Facebook.
    • Each winner will receive one (1) unit 1 gram of PAMP Minted Gold Bar.
    • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries using a digital draw system.
    • Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Winner Announcement & Prize Collection
    • Winners will be announced on MIJF’s official Instagram and Facebook pages on 28 January 2026, 4pm MYT (GMT+8).
    • Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
    • Prizes will be officially presented during MIJF 2026, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), unless otherwise arranged by the Organiser.
  • Rights & Usage
    • By participating, entrants grant MIJF and PAMP the right to use, reproduce, and display their names, tagged accounts, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation..
    • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the Giveaway and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical issues, loss of entries, or platform errors.
  • Sponsor
    • The Giveaway Contest is sponsored by PAMP, only to the extent of providing the Giveaway Prizes to the Organizer. (“Sponsor”)
  • Giveaway Prizes
    • The Giveaway Prizes are provided to the Organizer by the Sponsor.
    • The Giveaway Prizes are awarded in their current condition and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another participant/individual, or substituted with an alternative prize.
    • The Sponsor makes no guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or quality of the Giveaway Prizes beyond what is described in these Terms &Conditions.
    • A Winner shall accept the Giveaway Prize “as is,” meaning there are no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Giveaway Prize’s value or performance.
    • Title on the Giveaway Prize is transferred from the Organizer to a Winner upon their delivery to such Winner.
    • The Organizer will arrange for delivery of the Giveaway Prize to the Winner and will pay or reimburse Winners for any charges or taxes that may apply for the delivery and transfer of title of the Giveaway Prize to such Winner.
  • Limitations of Liability
    • The Giveaway Contest is solely organized and administered by the Organizer. The Sponsor is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway Contest, including but not limited to selection of Winners, notification, or Giveaway Prize distribution, and is solely providing Giveaway Prizes to the Organizer.
    • The Organizer is responsible for ensuring that the administration of the Giveaway Contest, as well as any related actions, comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations governing the Giveaway Contest and the participation therein. This includes adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal laws, and any other regulations relevant to the jurisdictions of the participants.
    • By entering the Giveaway Contest, participants and Organizer agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries or expenses, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Giveaway Prize won, or any other Giveaway Contest-related activities. Participants and Organizer also acknowledge that the Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Giveaway Contest. Any claim made by a participant shall be directed exclusively to the Organizer.
  • Governing Law & Legal Compliance
    • This program is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
    • Participants agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, regulations, and any instructions issued by the organiser or venue authorities.
    • In the event of disputes, all decisions made by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall be final and binding.
    • Elite Expo Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in this program, except where prohibited by law.
  • Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
