The Trade Buyer Claim is open to all visitors of Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) 2026 and Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) TradeX 2026 who make an eligible purchase at the events.
Claim Period
Purchases or orders made during the official event period of MIJF 2026 & MIJF TradeX 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre are eligible for this program.
All receipts, invoices, or official order forms must be dated within the event dates.
Claims must be submitted before the counter closes on the last day of the event.
Claims submitted after the event or outside the valid timeframe will not be accepted.
Claim Criteria
Visitors who make verified purchases from participating exhibitors are entitled to the following rewards:
Claim RM200 Travel Subsidy for purchases of 1kg gold or equivalent value
Claim RM500 Hotel Subsidy for purchases of 2kg gold or equivalent value
Equivalent Value Calculation: For non-gold purchases, the “equivalent value” is determined based on the prevailing selling price of 916 gold in Malaysia at the time of the event.
Each eligible buyer may claim only one (1) reward based on the highest qualifying tier achieved.
Buyers may combine multiple receipts or order forms from various exhibitors to achieve the qualifying weight/value tiers.
All claims must be supported by official exhibitor receipts, invoices, or verified order forms.
Claim Process
To initiate a claim, eligible trade buyers must:
Submit original purchase receipts/invoices/order forms issued by exhibitors to the credit card counter
Complete the official claim form provided by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and exhibitor records before approving the claim.
Reward Redemption
Approved rewards will be processed within seven (7) days after the event concludes.
The rewards will be issued in the form of bank transfer or sole discretion of the Organiser.
Each visitor may redeem only one (1) reward throughout the fair.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash equivalents.
Verification & Liability
The Organiser reserves the right to verify purchase authenticity with exhibitors and require proof of payment/deposit for orders. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate revocation of the reward.
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any disputes arising between the buyer and the exhibitor regarding the order or purchase.
The Organiser is not responsible for any failure to process rewards due to circumstances beyond their control, including bank system outages or event interruptions.
General
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the program is final and binding.
Participation in this program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
