1. Eligibility

The free pearl brooch door gift is limited to the first 500 visitors per day during the Malaysia International Jewellery Fair (MIJF) 2025, held from 27 – 30 June 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

2. Redemption Requirement

2.1 Visitors must present a valid MIJF 2025 Door Gift Voucher to claim the pearl brooch.
2.2 The voucher must be presented in person at the designated Door Gift Redemption Point within the fairgrounds.
2.3 Each voucher is valid for one (1) pearl brooch only.
2.4 Photocopied, duplicated, tampered, or expired vouchers will not be accepted.

3. Distribution

3.1 Door gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 500 units daily.
3.2 Visitors must register and collect an admission badge with a stamp to be eligible.
3.3 Each visitor is entitled to only one (1) pearl brooch throughout the entire fair, regardless of multiple entries or voucher redemptions.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable

The voucher and door gift are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted with any other item.

5. While Stocks Last

Distribution will end once the daily limit of 500 pearl brooches is reached. Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cease distribution without prior notice once stocks are depleted.

6. No Reservation or Third-Party Collection

Door gifts cannot be reserved in advance or collected on behalf of others. Only the visitor presenting the valid voucher and admission badge may redeem the gift.

7. Tampering & Misconduct

Any attempt to forge, duplicate, or misuse vouchers, or manipulate the redemption process, will result in immediate disqualification. Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject any suspicious or non-compliant entries.

8. No Replacement for Lost or Damaged Vouchers

Lost, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be reissued or accepted for redemption.

9. Verification Rights

Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant prior to gift redemption.

10. Queue Management

Visitors must queue in an orderly manner. Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to manage queues for safety, fairness, and crowd control.

11. Media Consent

By participating, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed during the fair. These images or recordings may be used by Elite Expo Sdn Bhd for marketing and promotional purposes.

12. Right to Amend

Elite Expo Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By presenting a voucher and redeeming the door gift, visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
