| Submission Requirements |
- No restriction to the number of designs submitted per person.
- Participant will be notified via email or phone confirming receipt of entry upon the receive of design entries by the Organizer.
- Submission document needed:
- Design Sheet
- Entry form with all the required details filled up
- Photocopy of your passport/ID

| Online Submission |
- Hand Sketches and Computer-aided designs are allowed
- Submitted entries must be email to [email protected] with the email subject "Country - Name - Category" (Example : Malaysia - Samantha Ng - Earring)
- It is obligatory to send one email with one entry of design.
- Participants are requiring to submit design sheet in email attachment, shareable download link is not acceptable.
- Required specifications of design sheet:-
- A4 Size : 216mm(W) x 297mm(H)
- Resolution : 300 dpi

| Postal Submission |
- Hand Sketches and Computer-aided designs are allowed.
- It is obligatory to fill out and submit one design with one entry form only.
- Each design sheet has to render/illustrate on a single sheet in A4 size.
- Rendered design sheet should be mounted and presented on an A3 size dark colour cardboard/matt board.
- There should be no words/texts or descriptions appear on the design sheet.
- Name and address of the entrant, the design entry category, and a general description must be included on the back side of every design on submission.
- Please submit your postal submission to Elite Expo Sdn. Bhd.
